Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped using a tracked and signed for service.

RATES

Orders are dispatched 1-3 days after purchase. However, please note that during busy periods such as new launches and sales, dispatch may take up to 5 working days. We use a tracked service for all shipping options.

    • UK Shipping: £5 standard, £8 next business day (if ordered before 1pm). £12 Saturday delivery. Free on orders over £160
    • US Shipping: £26 express. Free on orders over £250
    • EU Shipping: £15 standard, £30 express. Free on orders over £250
    • AUS, NZ, CA: £25 standard, £35 express, free on orders over £250
    • Rest of World Shipping: £35 standard, £45 express. Free on orders over £250

    Once your order has been dispatched, we estimate that it will take 1-3 working days for UK delivery, 2-4 working days for most US orders and 5-7 working days for all other destinations. These are for express items. Standard delivery times will be double the suggested timeline. All merchandise is currently shipped via a tracked service (Royal Mail for domestic and DHL/Royal Mail for international).

  • Orders may take longer to be fulfilled over the Christmas period, new launches and Black Friday.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details with your estimated arrival time.
  • If you are outside the UK, you are responsible for paying any import duties or tax

    Returns

    ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS SO PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION AND SIZE CHART CAREFULLY

    We pride ourselves on providing the best possible customer experience. Therefore, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase you are able to return your item for a full refund provided it is unworn and all tags are attached. You can view our full returns policy here.

    You are welcome to return your item within 7 days of receiving your order. To begin the returns process, visit our returns center here. This does not apply to sale items which are final. All return items should be delivered within 14 days of your return being approved. Customers are responsible for returns postage.
