Orders are dispatched 1-3 days after purchase. However, please note that during busy periods such as new launches and sales, dispatch may take up to 5 working days. We use a tracked service for all shipping options. We ship to all countries except Russia and Ukraine.

UK Shipping: £5 standard shipping, £7 express, £10 next business day guaranteed by 1pm. Free on orders over £170
US Shipping: $19 standard, $35 express. Free on orders over £250
EU Shipping: £15 standard, £29 express. Free on orders over £250. Shipping to the EU is currently paused due as we work towards getting compliant with the new GSPR law. We will resume shipping to the EU once we are compliant
Ireland Shipping: £12 standard, £19 express. Free on orders over £250. Shipping to the EU is currently paused due as we work towards getting compliant with the new GSPR law. We will resume shipping to the EU once we are compliant
AUS, NZ, CA: £18 standard, £29 express free on orders over £250
Rest of World Shipping: £30 express. Free on orders over £250

Returns and exchanges

For full priced items we offer a full refund on the cost of the items or free (UK) exchanges. Requests must be made within 14 days from when you receive your order.

Sample sale items are final and non refundable.

Sale items are only refundable via store credit. First time purchase discounts are not considered sales.
