SHIPPING RATES

Orders are dispatched 1-3 days after purchase. However, please note that during busy periods such as new launches and sales, dispatch may take up to 5 working days. We use a tracked service for all shipping options.

• UK Shipping: free standard shipping, £7 express tracked, £10 next business day after dispatch (if ordered before 1pm on a weekday).
• US Shipping: $25 standard, $50 express. Free on orders over £300
  
• AUS, NZ, CA: £25 standard, £45 express, free on orders over £300
• Rest of World Shipping: £50 express. Free on orders over £300

Europe

• As of 12 August 2026, we are pausing shipments to the EU due to the introduction of new regulations.

Orders may take longer to be fulfilled over the Christmas period, Black Friday and new launches.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details with your estimated arrival time.

IMPORT DUTY & TAX

• Please note that you are responsible for paying any customs or import charges. Such charges are levied the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Policies vary from country to country, so you might like to check your local customs office for more information. Taideux can not be held accountable for delays in custom clearance.
