- Thank you so much for supporting Taideux. We hope that you are happy with your Taideux piece. However, if for any reason, you would like to return your order, we have a 7 day return policy in which you can return your item and will be issued a full refund. Customers are responsible for return postage and please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If 7 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please visit our Returns Centre to begin the returns process.
- You can also exchange your item. Exchanges will be shipped out to you free of charge. You can exchange your merchandise for items of the same style in a different size or colour. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for an exchange.
- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all items must be brand new in its original condition with tags attached.
- Any returned items (at your own cost) with outstanding duties/tax charges may be held at customs. We will not cover these charges and you will need to contact your courier to resolve this. For international orders, please ensure you mark your returned parcel as RETURNED GOODS with the country of origin marked as UK.
- For US returns, we advise that you use USPS. For Canada, Canada Post. Please do NOT use Fedex as they add surcharges without prior notice. We also advise against using DHL, TNT, UPS.
- We advise that you return your parcel using a tracked/insured service as only merchandise that has been received back to our warehouse can be processed for returns or exchange.
- All returns need to be delivered to Taideux within 14 days of Taideux approving your return. Items recieved any later will be refunded via store credit.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your items still has the tags attached and is unworn, we will issue you with a full refund (less shipping fees) or send out your new item, should you prefer an exchange.
- All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned except the wrong size or style was received.
- Due to the spread of COVID-19, as a safety measure returns would be kept in a temporary quarantine area for 72 hours before processing.
- If the merchandise is returned damaged, the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer at your own cost.
- Currently item(s) may not be exchanged; we ask you to place a new order with us online.
- If your return is due to a defective item or a mistake made by Taideux, we will be responsible for shipping a replacement out to you or providing a full refund to your original payment method. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing email@example.com
- If your package is lost in transit, we will sort it out and you will not be left without either a replacement or a refund. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery has been obtained.
- Birthday vouchers are non-refundable.
- If you refuse a delivery due to the customs charge, we are penalised by the courier company and therefore will have to deduct the amount charged from your refund.
- If your return isn’t received within 14 days of approval please note that we will refund you with store credit instead. You have a 14 day window to send the items back to us.
You will be charged for pre-orders when you place the order. If your order includes items that are not on pre-order, they will be shipped separately so that you don’t have to wait for all the items in your order.
