Shipping, returns and exchanges

Orders are dispatched 1-3 days after purchase. However, please note that during busy periods such as new launches and sales, dispatch may take up to 5 working days. We use a tracked service for all shipping options. We ship to all countries except Russia and Ukraine.

UK Shipping: £5 Standard shipping (3-5 days after dispatch), £7 express tracked, £15 next business day after dispatch (if ordered before 12pm on a weekday). Free on orders over £99
US Shipping: $25 (4-6 business days after dispatch). $50 express. Free on orders over $300
AUS, NZ, CA: £25 standard, £35 express, free on orders over £300
Rest of World Shipping: £50 express. Free on orders over £300

Europe

As of 12 August 2026, we are pausing shipments to the EU due to the introduction of new regulations.

Returns and exchanges

For full priced items we offer a full refund on the cost of the items or free (UK) exchanges. Requests must be made within 14 days from when you receive your order.

Sample sale items are final and non refundable.

Sale items are only refundable via store credit. First time purchase discounts are not considered sales.
