Orders are dispatched 1-3 days after purchase. However, please note that during busy periods such as new launches and sales, dispatch may take up to 5 working days. We use a tracked service for all shipping options. We ship to all countries except Russia and Ukraine.

UK Shipping: Free standard, £7 express tracked, £10 next business day after dispatch (if ordered before 12pm on a weekday). Free on orders over £200
US Shipping: $25 (4-6 business days after dispatch). Free on orders over £300
EU Shipping: £19 standard, free on orders over £300
AUS, NZ, CA: £20 standard, £35 express, free on orders over £300
Rest of World Shipping: £35 standard, £45 express. Free on orders over £300

Europe

EU Shipping: £25 standard, £35 express. Free on orders over £300.
Ireland Shipping: £12 standard, £19 express. Free on orders over £250

Returns and exchanges

For full priced items we offer a full refund on the cost of the items or free (UK) exchanges. Requests must be made within 14 days from when you receive your order.

Sample sale items are final and non refundable.

Sale items are only refundable via store credit. First time purchase discounts are not considered sales.
