If you are worried about ordering the correct size based on your measurements then worry not - please use our E-fitting service and we will get back to you within 48 hours. Please do contact us and we will be very happy to help.
We recommend selecting your true dress size for your hips and waist. The clothing then provides additional room/fullness over the bust. For example, a UK10 offers a UK12/14 across the bust, depending on which bust option you opt for. Use the measurements on our size chart for the most accurate fit.

Do things sell out?
Yes. Our products are made in limited quantities, many items are seasonal and may not be continued once we have sold out. Additionally, we aim to use luxury fabric of high quality, which isn't always readily available and often runs out.
How long does shipping take?
Once you have placed an order, we'll then begin hand making your piece(s) in our atelier in India. After completion and quality checks, we will package your order and post it to your delivery address using a tracked and signed for delivery service. Please allow 10 - 14 days for your order to be completed. The delivery frame below begins when the order is completed and shipped.
- UK Delivery: £5. Free Shipping on all orders over £150 (1-2 working days)
- USA, CA and AUS Delivery: £25, Free Shipping on orders over £150 (3 -5 working days)
- Rest of World Delivery: £30 Free shipping on orders over £250. (10 working days)
- We currently do not ship to the EU due to Brexit but if you are an EU customer and are okay paying an import charge, email us at email@example.com and we will try and make an arrangement for you.

What should I do if I am not happy with my order?
We hope that you are happy with your Taideux piece. However, if for any reason , you would like to return your order, we have a 7 day returns policy. Customers are responsible for return postage and we do not refund shipping costs. Please read our full returns policy and use our Returns Centre to begin the returns process.
