What size should I get?

Please see our Size Guide for detailed instructions and guidance on our sizing. We currently stock sizes S-2XL. We understand that fuller bust women come in a vareity of beautiful sizes so for each size, you have two bust measurement options to choose from.

If you are worried about ordering the correct size based on your measurements then worry not - either contact us or use our live chat function and we will discuss sizing with you prior to ordering. Please do contact us and we will be very happy to help.

We recommend selecting your true dress size for your hips and waist. The clothing then provides additional room/fulness over the bust. For example, a UK10 offers a UK12/14 across the bust, depending on which bust option you opt for. Use the measurements on our size chart for the most accurate fit.

Do things sell out?

Yes. Although our products are made to order, many items are seasonal and may not be continued once we have sold out. Additionally, we aim to use luxury fabric of high quality, which isn't always readily available and often runs out.

How long does shipping take?

Once you have placed an order, we'll then begin hand making your piece(s) in our atelier in India. After completion and quality checks, we will package your order and post it to your delivery address using a tracked and signed for delivery service. Please allow 10 - 14 days for your order to be completed. The delivery frame below begins when the order is completed and shipped.

  • UK and EU Delivery: (5-7 working days).
  • USA and CANADA Delivery: (5-7 working days).
  • AUS Delivery: (5-7 working days).
  • Rest of World Delivery: (7-10 working days).

    How can I get an update on my order?

    - We kindly ask that you contact us regarding your order status only after the timeline provided for production has passed.

    • 10-14 working days for regular orders
    • Specific date listed in the product description for pre orders

    What should I do if I am not happy with my order?

    We hope that you are happy with your Taideux piece. However, if for any reason , you would like to return your order, we have a 14 day returns policy. Because we are a made to order business, we will refund you with store credit. Customers are responsible for return postage. Please read our full returns policy and email help@taideux.com to begin the returns process.
