- You are able to return your items (including regular sale items) within 14 days of receiving your order. Please visit our Returns Center to begin the returns process.
- Due to the size of our business, customers are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. We do not cover these costs.
- Sample sale items are are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged except the wrong size or style was received. We will pay for the shipping of the new size to you and provide you with a returns label in a situation where we sent you the wrong item of size.
- To be eligible for a refund, all items must be brand new in its original condition with tags attached.
- Any returned items (at your own cost) with outstanding duties/tax charges may be held at customs. We will not cover these charges and you will need to contact your courier to resolve this. For international orders, please ensure you mark your returned parcel as RETURNED GOODS with the country of origin marked as UK.
- For US returns, we advise that you use USPS. For Canada, Canada Post. Please do NOT use Fedex as they add surcharges without prior notice. We also advise against using DHL, TNT, UPS.
- We advise that you return your parcel using a tracked/insured service as only merchandise that has been received back to our warehouse can be processed for return of full priced items.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your items still has the tags attached and is unworn, we will issue you with a full refund (less shipping fees)
- Sample sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged except the wrong size or style was received.
- As a safety measure returns would be kept in a temporary quarantine area for 72 hours before processing.
- If the merchandise is returned damaged, the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer at your own cost.
- If your return is due to a defective item or a mistake made by Taideux, we will be responsible for shipping a replacement out to you or providing a full refund to your original payment method. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
- If your package is lost in transit to you, we will sort it out and you will not be left without either a replacement or a refund. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery has been obtained.
- If you refuse a delivery due to customs charges, we are penalised by our couriers for the item and therefore will deduct any additional charges incurred from your refund.
You will be charged for pre-orders when you place the order. If your order includes items that are not on pre-order, they will be shipped separately so that you don’t have to wait for all the items in your order.
